Sarah Fortier

A beautiful soul introduced Sarah to meditation and yoga many years ago, and for the first time she felt free! The awareness yoga cultivates has brought depth to her relationships, strengthened her spirituality, heightened her sense of self, and helped provide her mental focus & clarity. This deep rooted art of movement, breath work, and dedication carried Sarah’s spirit through mindfulness and compassion in everyday life. Sarah is also a mother to two lovely children! She has practiced prenatal & postnatal yoga throughout both of her pregnancies and is grateful to her yoga practice for assisting in the transitional period during pregnancy, labor, and the 1st year postpartum, both physically and emotionally. Sarah is an RYT200 registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance, having completed her training with Christy Burnette & Emily Darling at Darling Yoga. In addition, she holds certification in Kids Yoga & Level 1 Prenatal Yoga. She is over-joyed to combine her passion for yoga with her equal passions for children and their caretakers.
